We also offer move in/move out cleaning. This normally includes:.

• Cleaning bathroom vanity, tub, mirrors, toilet, shower tracks, hand wipe bathroom baseboards, and interior and exterior of bathroom cabinets
• Cleaning kitchen counters, sink, table, stove top, interior and exterior of microwave, interior and exterior of fridge, oven (range hood and drip pans), and hand wipe interior and exterior of kitchen cabinets
• Dusting of blinds, window sills, furniture, and light fixtures (within arms reach)
• Mopping, vacuuming all rooms, washing of interior windows and sliding glass door (within arms reach)
• Interior trash cans emptied and brought to outside trash can
• Hand wipe bedroom baseboards, wipe down interior and exterior of laundry room and living room cabinets

We may charge extra for some services, especially if they involve hard-to-reach areas or require special cleaning methods or solutions. For example, some wood surfaces may be harmed if modern cleaning chemicals are used on them. They may require certain organic mixtures to avoid damaging wood or designs. High shelves or fixtures suspended from cathedral-type ceilings may also cost extra. Cleaning the insides of appliance can also cost extra.

When we arrive for service we will walk through the home and let you know if additional work will be needed and what the costs would be, before we begin.
